We scheduled an appointment twice to accommodate their schedule and they never showed up. They finally called and gave an excuse which I didn't believe and then said they would be out the following Tuesday but didn't know exactly after looking at their schedule again. How in the world a business like this can stay in business is beyond me. I'm beginning to think they are not from our beautiful state of Idaho; they don't keep their word.

New owners of his resources tree service now known as Arbor Safe are great. I own a small tree service and these guys are the ones to call when it gets nasty.

Left a message to get a quote for tree and stump removal. They called me back and set an approximate time for a quote and said they would give me a call before coming out. Never heard back after that.

Had these guys lined up to do 4-5 days of work one week. Didn't work two days because it sprinkled in the morning for a little bit, not even enough precipitation to even consider skipping watering my pasture or lawn.... Completed maybe half the job, said they "had to keep other customers happy", took off, and said they would be back the following week to finish. Called me after they left in a hurry to collect payment for the work that had been done even though they weren't even close to done. The week has come and gone. Nobody has showed, not even so much as a phone call. They left piles of branches they were supposed to clean up and take with them in my irrigation runoff ditch causing a small flood in the driveway when we watered and lack of water to decorative plants at the end of our driveway. Highly unprofessional. Especially considering they charge you $500 per person they have there per day. I should've gone with the cheaper guy apparently. What a joke.
