        Barry has sold his business and the new owner charged me over $200 to replace the wire that leads to my ear. I was visiting my brother in Las Vegas and the wire to the other ear broke. I went to an office in LV and even though I had purchased my hearing aids in Pocatello I was charged $0 for replacing the wire. I informed the office here and was told that what they charged me was at their cost. I asked for an invoice showing this and was refused. Once the sale is done don’t expect to have anything free afterwards. Barry was great don’t trust the new owners
