The customer service was amazing! Helped us to understand ph and alkaline levels for a hot tub and how the chemicals interact. Very high marks in my book!

Over three weeks ago our swim spa started having issues. I contacted Brady’s and at first they were friendly and promised they would get a tech out to check the problem. After a week I finally called they said they would call me back. That went on for a few days! Finally a tech came out he flipped the breaker and left. I called the store and told them that did not fix the problem. They said he would come back out and check it again. Another week later he came out and said the pump was seized. He would order one and have it installed. Well another week of me calling and being told “they would check on it and call me back” turned into they have no idea what’s going on or if they even ordered any parts. It’s honestly sad I use to like this store but after this experience I will be trying other companies.

I bought a pool table from them this past year and now we are moving. I asked for options to help move it and was referred to another company to move it, because they would be “expensive” to do so. Then they recommended I do it myself. I am not handy and a few thousand dollar investment is a lot of money for me to ruin. I like to shop local, but there is no incentive. My wife and I are trying to build a home gym and planned to buy more equipment from them, but online is cheaper and with this purchase we realize any future maintenance or service will be sub par. It’s unfortunate, but frustrating as a consumer.
