After dealing with David Briggs and Josh Deason, id rather pull out my own eyes than have to go here again. I have dozens of texts and a BBB report that clearly shows Josh and David both actively ignoring me saying "it is being paid out of pocket". Even said something about insurance fraud in the BBB complaint. AGAIN I PAID OUT OF POCKET. They quoted me over 2 thousand is damages and took it to another shop in town because I downright don't trust them after they said driving with a bad bearing in a steering column was safe, and has no effect on how the vehicle would steer (2021 Kia Rio). Well, needless to say, it only cost $530 and I had my car back within days, versus the three weeks that had it to replace a column under warranty. In addition to that, the mechanic stated that two of the parts they claimed needed to be repaired, didn't. So going back to insurance fraud, saying there are things wrong that aren't just to get the extra pay is illegal, not the customer wanting proof that you had to make repairs to an important piece of my vehicle. ALWAYS ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED LIST OF REPAIRS, guaranteed Fixit auto in town will charge half or less. (AND THEY DON"T CHARGE $150/hr)
