Texas Roadhouse offered a mostly fantastic dining experience. The food was delicious, from the legendary rolls with that amazing cinnamon butter to perfectly cooked steaks. Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure our drinks were refilled and our needs were met throughout the meal.
However, there was one encounter that caused a bit of a concern. We noticed our waitress cleaning up a spill on the floor and then returning to serve food without washing her hands. While this wasn't a deal-breaker, it's definitely a hygiene issue that could have been easily avoided.
Overall, Texas Roadhouse is a great option for a casual meal with a lively atmosphere. The food is consistently good, and the service is usually on point. Just a friendly reminder to staff about proper hygiene would make the experience truly flawless.
