      image Absolutely terrible company always have issues with my cable these eeros are one of the most terrible things work with you get a glitch in your cable and they go down and they gonna send a tech out to fix the issue. They cant fix it over the phone most of the time and if I can do a negative start I will day one they have not offered a free month on my bill or any type of credit for these issues as soon as another company comes out with cable I will be switching as soon as I can. I needed to work online. And was not able to

      image They are the worst internet service Ive ever been with. Service is slow and extremely expensive! You Call to have a technician come look at whats wrong with the internet speed and They never show up, or when they do they just pull up, call your phone and leave. I scheduled 4 appointments with them! There are starting to be many good options for internet now in Pocatello, there is no reason to use these guys anymore. Been with them for 5 years and enough is enough! Absolutely awful.
      Canceled my service today after the tech didnt show up again!

      image I plan to cancel my service on Monday.
      We bought it in January, waited almost a week and a half to get the router and such after being told it would be here in three to four days.
      It randomly kicks us off when we're watching shows and refuses to reconnect to the TV even though the Internet speed tests says the Wi-Fi is good.
      Sparklight is the worst Internet service I've used and I'm very disappointed in buying this service.
