        Inspected the damage and incorrectly diagnosed the cause. Then did not contact me or my Insurance company when they decided not to clean or fix the damages. A friend also used this company and was not happy with their services.

        Wayne was very responsive and quickly resolved my issue which he determined was very minor, not mold. His fee was more than reasonable. Have to admit, I was worried about calling a restoration company about potential mold fearing they would overcharge for a small problem. Would not hesitate to call Wayne again. He did a fantastic job.

        I would highly recommend this company. We had a pet that got cancer and urinated all over one of our sets of furniture. These guys came out, within just a few days of me contacting them. They gave me a great deal on cleaning an entire furniture set, couch,love seat, and chair. They were able to remove and treat the smell. Great to work with and exceptional work.

      Judy, I'm sorry you had a negative experience. Sounds cliche but we genuinely enjoy taking care of people. After assessing the damage and repair needed we felt confident we could take care of you. However, after hearing your expectations for timeline we decided we wouldn't be the best fit for you at that time and declined the job through the third party that initially contacted us about your home. I apologize if you weren't informed, or it wasn't a prompt or satisfactory response.
