        If I could give no stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled with the store. The Verizon customer service line told me I had to go in person for the service I was seeking. Not only did the Verizon wireless rep not help his demeanor and attitude was deplorable. Luckily customer service over the phone was helpful enough to help me complete my initial request. I love Verizon services but this store’s customer service is severely lacking.

        Don't do it just don't do it ,charged me 10 bucks for free app, not one of the genius, s at twin falls store could figure it out, all about the $$$,cut my bill in half ,same $,think about it first
