        I ordered flowers for a friend and it said they would be delivered the next day. Then I got a phone call from someone I couldn't understand very well saying they were going to be delivered a little late but that day....then I got an email the next day saying that my flowers were not going to be delivered so they were refunding my card. So my friend never got her flowers and I was then working and unable to arrange for a new delivery from another company.
