Bought 2 white dress shirts 2 weeks ago and noticed they made a mistake by giving me 2 different fittings... I brought the one in that was big and they exchanged it for me (as long as you don't wear it). Excellent customer service, friendly, and professional! What a great example of fantastic customer service!

We had a horrible, horrible experiance at this store and awful customer service. Walked into the store yesterday with my wife. The minute we walked in I realized that the suites were not my style. I am more modern and i like slim and fitting suites. Me and my wife walked through half of the store and were on our way out. Salesman asked if he could help us and I told him no thank you it's just not my style suites that's when he gave a dirty look and he rudely laughed and suggested for us to go across the street to lower class suits store. Basically pointing out like we were too poor for this place. This was an extremely horrible experiance. For a salesman to act like this and try to humiliate people is not acceptable. We just moved to suburbs from the city and would never get a treatment like that in any city stores. We were is shock. We did not say anything to the salesman. We had no words. I would never sugest any of my friends or family to go to this store.
