Atwater Apartments

I have been living in at water for the last 6 months. I have enjoyed the experience greatly and would recommend it to everyone. I was especially pleasent with the manners and hospitability of daisy Fernandez the conceriage who gives us a warm welcome everytime we enter the premise and has been helpful with every issue that comes our way.

It’s been a while since I moved here and everything has been fantastic from the get go — the location, apartment, amenities, events and the staff. Everyone is available to help out and solve the issue at hand, especially Daisy - she found our lost bag and kept it safe with her. Thank you!

I recently moved into Atwater I had the amazing pleasure of working with Justin and Beverly to finalize my stay at Atwater The process was so seamless. You can tell when someone in so Invested into their job. And the staff at Atwater shows you just that! Amazing people. Amazing staff. Amazing facility. This staff is one of the most professional staff I have yet to see at a apartment complex in downtown Chicago. If anyone was to ever ask me to point them in a direction for their living situation. Hands down I will recommend the staff at Atwater.

Great building with an even better staff! Diamond, who works at the front desk, is always friendly, helpful and a joy to see!
