I only gave this location 1 star because it would not allow me to not select any stars. There are dogs that bark almost continuously on almost every floor. I know because the elevator keeps breaking down and I am forced to take the stairs. While passing each floor to get to the 4th floor I hear dogs barking on almost each floor I pass. I am a light sleeper at times so the dogs wake me up when their owners leave them alone even for a second. During exams or tests that I take or even studying it is very hard to focus with all the barking. The elevator has been breaking down almost continuously after it was broken down for almost three weeks... before, during and after Christmas. I had to carry very heavy items up the stairs with a kid .. imagine how difficult that is with no help. The train comes by almost every 10-15 minutes and it feels like a mini earthquake is happening, how do I know, because I use to live in California. If you want peace .. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is not for families, professionals who have a set schedule or anyone who needs to focus... as something will always interrupt your schedule. Lastly, Parking is horrible, the ARAGON is right next door and with the many wonderful shows they have people who do not live near park where residents who do should. Completely horrible and inconvenient has been my experience here so far. Moving out as soon as my lease it up!

The elevator breaks down frequently, theres no communication from the management team about when it will be fixed. Ive lived here for about 1 month now and its been very difficult trying to move in because of this, the lack of communication just makes it more difficult to get settled in.

Update 6 months in: He didn't reply at all when I texted him that my apt was dirty and not ready to be moved in. I know it's not your job but at least redirect me. Big yikes. Also if you live train side, you'll never open your windows bc it's loud AF. Elevator broke 4 times already. The maintenance does his best. Bless him. Too bad management doesn't support him as best as they should. Corey was quick to reply to a sudden request to check out the available units. He was quick to point out the differences between them and his suggestions and helpfulness in securing the best unit was greatly appreciated.
