Absolutely horrible company. Said they would arrive in 30 minutes to provide a tow, 4 hours later was still waiting on the side of a highway. Had to rebook with another provider after waiting the whole afternoon dodging traffic.

Poor and unprofessional business. My insurance released my car to me. Informed me to go pick my car up. Tried to get in contact with them over the phone to make sure everything was ok and I can come pick up my car for two days no answer. Went to the location, doors locked some man seeing that I was trying to get in. Told me to go through the workers side door. The mechanic lied and said he didnt have a key to release my car. Just the worst experience of my life.I never wrote reviews but for this I had to. If your insurance tries to you use them ask for another shop because this is the bottom of service you could ever ask for!

Contacted State Farm's roadside assistance for a tow. Informed the assigned tow truck driver that the Good Year shop was awaiting my SUV's arrival and that they closed at 5pm. From 12:45pm until 4:50pm the driver lied about his ETA constantly. He arrived walked pass me without a HELLO or apology for his extreme tardiness. I informed him that the tire shop was closing so the truck would need to be towed to a different location, which was 5mins from my house had he bothered to inquire. However, instead he abruptly informed me that he could only take it to the initial location of which State Farm was paying him. He kept going with the extremely rudeness until I finally had enough and snapped back. Apparently, his ego got bruised because he told me that he was not servicing me and then calls the police to lie that I have assualted him and spit in his eye. When CPD arrived he was extremely adamant about having me arrested on false charges and he became combative with the police. They did not believe him and made him get in his truck and leave. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESIONAL CONPANY IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS YOUR EXPECTATION.

Worst ever totally disrespectful, this operation isn't qualified to serve dog food. 2 + plus hours later than set arrival time. The aggressive and rude Latino male told me they have a long sheet, their backed up and a truck arrived, however the driver didn't think it was necessary to call and tell the customer. Never once did a truck come to my vehicle.He knew my name and kept calling me "boss"??? Then said you know what and hung up the phone.I needed a tow and contacted my insurance company, so they set up a tow using this company. I would recommend using another COMPANY
