I brought my car in because it was making a weird sound. The guy instantly knew what it was based on the model of my car and removed a piece of metal that apparently rusts after a while and completely falls apart making an annoying sound as it flaps around. While he had my car jacked up I asked if there was anyway he could change my oil. He did it, changed my filter and when it came time to pay he didn't even bother charging me for the removing the metal since it wasn't that big of a deal.
