        I got to watch Harold Burton in action helping an unhappy potential customer. Harold directed the focus of the conversation on the issue which resulted in the deesecalation of emotions. He was very professional in his communication and was calm and responsive to the needs of the customer. Great Job Harold!

        Freeway Insurance is the worst company I have done business with in my 55 years on this earth. Furthermore, when I cancelled my insurance afer 3 months due to nasty treatment and disrespectful behavior they only refunded part of my money. Although I paid them 6 months in advance I was returned one and half months payment instead of my full 3 months. Actively taking legal action due to this theft of service.
