        Very poor customer service and poor time 👨🏻 in dealing with customers. The Manager Vicky and Hector the bank host are prime example. Teller works so slow and talks too much blah blah the cue is long.

        This bank is a joke. They don’t do things faster. It takes weeks for a process, they don’t even let you know that upfront. Wish I didn’t come to this bank. They are too slow and sloppy.
