        I got here early.  I was the only car in the building.  I paid for the "super wash" ($13.95) plus tip. I could have paid $3 in one of those fast car washes and my car would have looked better. I drove back home but after noticing  the poorly job they had done to my car, I brought  it back to the car wash to show them all the spots they had missed. If I spent almost $20 for a car wash, I would expect my car clean, right? I suggested  they wash it again but they just took it back to clean it. I got it back still not clean.  The young man who cleaned  it asked me 'how much did you pay?" I told him I had paid $13.95 for it. He immediately  tells me, and I quote his words "$13.95 isn't the best car wash, maybe next time you can find another car wash" So, not only my car wasn't  washed correctly,  I also got an attitude  by the staff.
