        We rented a car for 15 days. When we rented, a Sunpass was forced on us with the arguments that it was absolutely necessary and that otherwise you would have to pay a fine if you used a toll road. Absolute nonsense. Don't fall for it. It's a fraudulent practice! In addition, luggage insurance and additional breakdown protection were booked without comment. Without even mentioning it! And there was damage of $335 and Avis refuses to reimburse it. The car was also dirty and broken. We had to swap the car in Indianapolis and got an even dirtier one, at least it was drivable! Be careful, especially as a tourist, and check every position on the printout!!
