Can't say enough positive things about Cocina Fusion catering company! From the communication, professionalism, organization, kindness of staff, and quality and deliciousness of food, Cocina is a home run. We had late night tacos, a churro cart, two main dinner stations and a plated salad. Marcela is the catering manager and she will put you to ease and make you feel comfortable and confident that the night will run as planned- as it most definitely did for us! You shouldn't hesitate for a second if you are considering hiring them for your wedding! : )

Cocina Fusion was the perfect catering choice for our wedding. We had the taco bar with churro cart and bartending services. All of the food was excellent. It tasted just as good on our wedding day as the original tasting. Marcela did a great job coordinating the service throughout the evening. She was responsive and easy to communicate with over the 18 months since we booked their services. As we neared the day she asked all the right questions to get every detail right. They even made special portions of each appetizer and course for one guest who was allergic to onions and garlic! Our guests raved about the food.

Cocina Fusion catered our wedding, and exceeded our expectations across the board. We primarily worked with Marcela, who was professional, responsive and very nice throughout the process. They were flexible in accommodating last minute changes due to Covid, and were able to provide additional items like outdoor garden chairs for our ceremony (eliminating the need for yet another vendor). The food fantastic - we received so many compliments from wedding guests, as was the setup and the service. I would strongly recommend Cocina Fusion to my friends and family for any type of event. It's been six weeks since our wedding and our guests are still raving about Cocina Fusion. We worked primarily worked with Marcela and everything went so well from our first meeting to the day of! We chose the family style option, as we really wanted our guests to feel at home during dinner, everyone loved it! Our guests were never hungry and had plenty of food! At the last minute (less than a week to go) we asked if it was possible to add the Churro Cart, and we are so glad we did, as all of our guests raved about them. All of the food was so good that we couldn't even tell you a guest favorite, they talked about every appetizers, main course, and dessert equally! We loved the fusion aspect of Cocina Fusion as our wedding was a mixed cultural wedding (Mexican and American) we felt like we were able to serve food that everyone loved! The service was outstanding, the waiters and the bartenders were so extremely nice and did everything they could to make our guests happy. I would recommend Cocina Fusion to anyone who wants your wedding dinner to be remembered forever!

BEST WEDDING FOOD EVER - this is what we kept hearing from guests wedding night and even now two weeks later! Food was one of our biggest priorities when planning our wedding and we wanted to make sure the food was not only good but the vendor was great to work with. We worked with Juliana and she was an amazing partner through the whole catering process. She had excellent communication and was very knowledgeable and professional. For passed appetizers we had the mini crab cake, beef empanada and cheese puff with mango chutney. They were all warm when being passed, were presented very well on the trays and guests felt they were able to get plenty during cocktail hour aka they were circulated through the space well which is not always the case during cocktail hours in our experience. For dinner we had the chef salad with apples and goat cheese. The salad was crisp and the dressing was amazing. For dinner we gave guests the choice for herb and butter steak, spinach and cheese stuffed chicken breast with a cream sauce, and stuffed poblano pepper. All entrees came with baked potato cups and grilled asparagus. Guests kept complimenting the portion size and quality of the dinner. Then we had a coffee and tea station, churro chart and vanilla ice cream. This was a hit with guests as it come on a super cute cart and with all the toppings. The churros were two bite and came in a little cone so it was easy to grab and keep dancing. We also did late night snack of street tacos - carne asada, al pastor and rajas. They came out hot and fresh and were a huge hit for guests to custom make a taco or five before heading back out to the dance floor. All in all we would book Cocina Fusion again in a heart beat and would highly recommend them to any couple planning a wedding. Our guests left very full and happy with the wedding food we served.
