    I had my child enrolled here for about a week. She comes off as nice but if you are more professional than her she will not suggest anything to you. She doesn't take the children outside there is no consistent schedule. Also if you go by her rule book and work on Saturday she will choose her boyfriends over your child and have them kicked out. I strongly suggest that you don't take your children here. Safe haven on 87th is much better.

    It was very professional. My daughter is always well fed which makes it easier on my part when I pick her up in the late evening. I noticed it was very clean and sanitary. Which is a BIG deal to me. Also the price was very reasonable and simple to follow. I feel I'm saving money with the quality and care my daughter receives. Not to mention, she seems eager to tell me how much fun she had with the other kids. Definitely worth every penny

    I found her on google when i was in desperate need of a stable and safe daycare. I had to pull my daughter out of her previous daycare center because of negligence and I was nervous going to a home daycare but The director Mildred has changed my mind completely and I am so happy that I can go to work feeling secure that my daughter is in good hands. She has went ABOVE and beyond her roles as a daycare provider. I know there are alot of shady home daycares out there that are understaffed and not clean but she is definitely NOT ONE OF THEM. Her home is clean and shes is open all hours to accommodate my busy schedule!!

  • Beautifully Imperfect

    It's a home daycare center, located in the attic area of the home. It was nice and clean. She also provided home cooked meals. The owner knows my child father, so she gave us a discount. The only issue, which is a big issue is with miscommunication with the owner. Whenever one puts a child in day care a contract is signed. The contract stated every Friday payment was due or last day of the week your child attends daycare. My child started on a Thursday and I paid her that friday for the two days she was there. I get there on a Monday to drop her off the following week and she expected payment. I let her know that upon picking her up I would pay her, although I was confused because the contract did not say that and upon enrolling her she did not state that. Later on that day she did text me to say payment was due every week Monday. I let her know that was not what I was informed. I was confused as to why she was texting me but made no effort to elaborate while I was physically there. I did let her know that would not work for me and the earliest I could have payment to her would be Wednesday's. She messaged me back stating she that she was sorry to hear that, she would save a spot for my child and to just pay her for the day once I return. Also, that my child father and I needed to figure out our payment arrangements. Upon picking up my child that Monday she stated that "You and Tommy (my child father) need to communicate on how y'all are going to pay and the arrangements," but her tone had a bit of attitude. I did not respond. I was cordial as always I got my child, told her good bye and left. If we already discussed this matter when she text me her reiterating it and acting as if the parents are the one's confused or not communicating was not caused for or professional. No need to keep speaking on it. That was the last day I went to her home daycare. Clearly if I was told about payment was due beginning of every week on Monday's I would have been prepared to either not enroll my child as it conflicts with mine and her father pay schedules or at least I would have known to have the funds available before time due to the pay day she requested. To my knowledge my child, her son, once he was out of school and her nephew were the only ones in the daycare since she stated that she had just moved to a new location and was waiting to see which parents were going to continue care with. When you're doing business it's unprofessional to have parents sign off on one thing but state another verbally. Also when drawing up a contract it should look and be presented professionaly not slapped together. All in all her homecare daycare may work for others but not for me. Just be sure the payments specified is clearly explained beforehand and the contract backs that up. Personally I would not bring my child there again due to the way she does business. I still have the contract she drew up and I signed. I ALWAYS read through anything I'm required to sign. Do not contractually mandate one payment schedule then verbally mandate another. It makes it look as if the business is being shady.
