I love UO! But what makes it an amazing experience is the people that work here. Eryn was not only helpful but she made me feel comfortable in trying out new clothes. I only want to come back because of her kind attitude and knowledge of the products. Again the store is great n all but the people is what makes it enjoyable.

Very cool and trendy place to check out. A lot of stylish and hip clothing for all ages. My girlfriend found some affordable, amazing bracelets and necklaces here also. You should probably check it out on your way around Chicago shopping.

My daughter's favorite store for now. I sometimes find a nice vinyl too. With the one in old town temporarily closed, this is the only Urban Outfitters in downtown Chicago.
