        I am very happy that I took the half-day etiquette course by Jessica! I requested to emphasize on Digital Diplomacy because business communication has changed during the pandemic. I wanted to learn how to facilitate virtual meetings properly. I learned good tips. After the course, I see the differences at work. The meetings are more productive. Thank you!
