J-cosmetics is a horrible company which advertise as though there BMW but really there not. They are not regestered with the BBB and the mechanics they have are nothing like BMW mechanics. I'm currently placing a complaint against the work preformed on my vehical and the lack of management from management. There not thorough with the work they perform and the work is rushed. My vehical (BMW 745I) was there on an insurance claim for vehical theft and accident repair. The vehical was kept initially for 2 1/2 months and I still had to return it for work that wasn't completed or underpreformed. Not once but twice! Management didn't even offer me a loaner the second or third time. The second time they were willing to give me a discount on the rental car, I guess the same discount they receive from doing business with the rental car company. Totally unprofessional! Even the radio and amplifier that was replaced in my car from the theft sounds horrible and when I questioned the mechanic he told me that BMW 745's was known for having bad radios. Question: How could the radio be bad if it was totally replaced? can we say used parts...In the end my car is still currently at J-Cos as I write this. They will probably sabotage the car but who cares I'm trading it in anyway. What I've discovered is that J-Cos has complaints with the BBB even though there not registerd with the BBB. I'm currently doing a complaint now about the service and the unprofessionalism. Please do not patronize this business. You will be sorry....They advertise like there BMW but they are not! They are worse then a hole in the wall car repair shop. My car had front in damage as well and the car was never put on the wheel alighnment machine on the onset. The car was never properly test driven! This was concurred by the machanic when I took the car back the second time. Now my car is back for the third time because its over heating from the front end repair job that was underpreformed by J-cos. I've learned from the insurance receipts that J-cos cut corners by salvaging parts they can from the accident and they also use remanufactured parts from the junk yard.This in itself is a disaster..Please BMW owners I regret that the insurance company took my vehical here thinking it would be prepared by Joe Perillo BMW and it wasn't. I usually patronize BMW of Orland. The customer service there is excellent!!!!!
