Pharmacy department was very rude. No customer service skills.

My son & I booked appointments for coved testing, after we got tested, we both got phone calls saying that they couldn't process our tests & to rebook our testing I understand one test not being able to be processed BUT 2 tests very strange" cause we did it through our insurance, so I'm thinking they get paid every time someone gets tested, they definitely wasted our precious time. never went back.

Got my vaccine booster here and the pharmacy staff was kind and professional, along with the store staff.

I got the booster here a week ago. Great and quick service and an easy process to check in. My only complaint was that they offered me a granola bar but I never received it.

Finally found someone to help to check the status of my photos. She was checking the computer and telling me there was no paper. And as she telling me this that manager tells her to move on because that's not important as the lady is still talking to me.
