Staff at this CVS is helpful and friendly.

Not good. Pharmacist was lethargic and exhausted. May be he was tired of long days. The walk in counter for booster shot was open but when we went there, he said its not. He only accepts appointments. Ok, we start shopping. A few mins goes by and another person walk-in and now walk-ins are allowed. How about that? Anyways, there is another CVS just few blocks away and its better.

Picked up a tick in Maine just before boarding a train. My doctor called in a prescription and in 10 minutes I was walking out the door. Take that you measly tick!

Diamond (I believe was her name) was friendly with her welcome, helpful in suggesting sales items I'd be interested in, and patient when I ran into issues at self checkout. Blown away how her smiley, kind persona left me in a good mood withstanding a 15 minute pouring rain walk after leaving. What an absolute asset to CVS.

It felt so inviting to have the staff follow me around the store and ask me what I was looking for every few minutes. The attention the staff gave every step I took through the store made it seem as I was the only person in the store, too bad everyone else in the store had to feel invisible with my presence in the store. I was especially found of the extra assistance I did not ask for when using the self check out, it was nice to have someone step into my personal space,because I clearly don't know how to use a debit card, hit cancel transaction then have them verbally announce to the entire store that my transaction did not go through as though I can't afford my purchase. Funny when she removed herself from my space it went through just fine. The staff here should teach classes on how to prejudge customers and make them feel like unwelcome trash.
