Anthony's Mobile Fingerprinting

Been over 4 months and still have not received my fingerprint card!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! Paid to get my fingerprints done and they were never submitted. Waited 2 months and Anthony completely ghosted me and never refunded me like he said he would. STAY AWAY FROM ANTONY'S MOBILE FINGERPRINTING

Printed twice with him and the service never worked. Prints were never filed with the state as he was supposed to do. Getting in touch is a joke with the ticket system and leaving a message. In the end I wanted a refund. Funny thing is I never received my refund. This was back from March I have been waiting for a refund. If the company merged or changed names again it's funny. Everytime enough bad reviews come in it's like the circus just pack up, merge, and change names.

Paid for the service and fingerprints were never filed. After several months I had the services done elsewhere. Fraud. Stay away.

Very unsatisfied with the process putting in a customer service ticket. I sent multiple emails and I even did the texting option they have available. I waited almost a month before I even got a response one day and nothing after that. Thanks to them after I’ve waited a month and a half at this point I DIDN’T MEET MY DEADLINE TO SEND MY PRINTS OFF FOR ANOTHER STATE, I paid extra for extra states which is now a waste of my money! I’ve called all around trying to get a copy of my prints so if anyone knows a PROFESSIONAL company that can get me a copy please let me know, I’m in Chicago, Illinois. I’m calling the place to see if they’ll give me extra time to find another company.
