I cannot say enough great things about Apex and the incredible service from Lowell. I went in looking for tiles for my bathroom and was completely clueless about what I was doing. Lowell was extremely patient and thorough in answering all my questions and helping me to select tiles that fit my vision and budget. I would recommend Apex to anyone needing tile or flooring.

My experience with Apex was extremely satisfactory and I would recommend them highly. I recently re-tiled a bathroom and had very specific criteria about the various tiles that I wanted to use. I visited many tile stores in Chicago but was unable to find the exact combination that I wanted until I tried Apex. While my success at Apex might also have been due to a better selection, I believe that it mainly resulted more from the owner's knowledge of and familiarity with his stock. I was able tell him what I was wanting and he immediately offered a few options. He was the only salesperson that was able to pull tiles from various collections/manufacturers and present coordinated combinations that worked. From there it was just a matter of comparing the options to find the best pairing. Based on my previous experiences I was not expecting this at all and it was a very pleasant surprise. And service after the selection was also of a very high quality. The owner ordered samples to be sent to my home and they arrived in a timely fashion (free of charge). He was available and responsive when I was ready to place an order. Delivery was on time and without any problems. I would definitely use Apex again.
