We ordered 2 outdoor company signs back in 2015. Early this year one letter of the sign fell down. In July when we notified the company that we needed a replacement they issued an estimate that was approved same day. Since then we have been contacting the company and the entire team almost on a daily basis requesting service. There has been no reply via email or telephone. I do not recommend working with this company. ~General Manager at Chicago Vein Institute.
