Disentangle Head Lice Removal Clinic

I give them no stars because I was decieved by them to come in for services. They are not accredited. They cannot even provide you with a simple tax id to show proof that they are a legitament business! I was assured they were accredited and I could get reimbursed by my insurance company. Well I came in for myself and my 3 daughters paid almost $800 and when my insurance company reached out for a simple tax document from them I got the run around and so did my insurance company. Very disappointed its been 9 months and still nothing. I had to pay that money back since I thought I would be reimbursed I took a loan out to cover the service. Thanks alot! Next time just be upfront with people!

Amazing place, Jackie was awesome since the beginning of the first phone call to the end of the treatment, my family and I feel so happy we got treated by her so kind, friendly and humble, we truly appreciate it , if this were to happen again we definitely come back to her no doubts about it Thank you so much! Again!

Our family had our first lice experience over the holidays. What a great way to end 2020! The staff at Disentangle was so fabulous and made this experience feel like a hiccup instead of a disaster. They got us in quickly and the problem solved in a couple hours. And they couldn’t be kinder! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to make their lice problem go away quickly and for good!
