Wow!! Shiloh hands down provided me the best color and cut service I have ever had. She transformed my dull blonde color, and uneven grown out hair cut into a BEAUTIFUL new look. I truly felt transformed. Shiloh pays attention to the details, and she creates a plan for your hair with you, which is something I have never really experienced before. I initially met Shiloh when I was fatefully assigned to her at my haircut appointment at the Aveda school. She was in her last stretch of hair school and I had virgin hair with “just take off the dead ends” instructions every time. I was impressed with her from the beginning! After she graduated, I proceeded to follow her everywhere as she started her apprenticeship, worked as a full time stylist, worked out of her apartment (and came to mine!), and then opened her very own space at salon lofts. Most recently, she did my hair for my wedding day! Princess hair vibes, anyone?! Since those Aveda days, she has introduced me and my virgin hair to balayage and made my “highlights but make it low maintenance and natural” dreams come true. She is a fantastic listener, an exceptionally talented stylist, and truly cares about each client as an individual. She educates herself on the latest and greatest products in the ever changing industry, and makes specific recommendations for what my hair needs. Shiloh has been my stylist for awhile now, and has given me long and medium length cuts, color services, and most recently, my first experience with tape ins! She also did my makeup and hair for a wedding I was recently in.
Her salon within the lofts on division is really cute and comfy, and I like that it's a really personal experience and service. Shiloh is really kind and always super thoughtful about my hair needs, and she proactively comes up with new ideas and recommendations tailored to my needs.
