Shy is absolutely amazing. The salon was clean and had great energy. She talked me through the entire process and it was the least painful wax ive ever experienced! I was stunned. She clearly knows what shes doing and does it well! I recommend her services 12/10

Went in on Last Thursday for a Classic Facial, greeted at the door to make sure I was going to the correct suite.Very relaxed room, facial was very impressive, she made me so relaxed I fell to sleep, Really enjoyed my services.

UPDATE: My skin looks AMAZING!!!!!! I have acne prone, oily skin. I had so much scarring at my initial visit. Today, My skin is glowing! Blemishes and scaring 90% gone! Major reduction in breakouts since Ive been using her products. Trust the process!!! I've had 2 facials so far. I would definitely recommend The Shy Spot. The environment was very clean. Service was professional. Shy is very knowledgeable about the services and products she provides.
