The customer service at these establishments is unparalleled. It is a rare feat to find people who genuinely love to serve others and find joy in making sure others are treated like royalty. The lobby here (and at almost all of the other hotels in Chicago) isn't the assumed ground floor lobby. Perched on the 20th floor overlooking the beautiful Gold Coast/Streeterville neighborhoods, this lobby presents an understated feeling of modern opulence. From the moment you step through the doors, you are greeted with sir/mam, Mr. Jackson, etc. It's the lost art of respect. Once they hook you in with the A+mazing customer service, the next thing to blow your mind is the beautiful, expertly designed decor. This is the ultimate accommodation for any visitor.

The best place! All of my frustrations were gone now! Thanks to this place for the nice assistance. It was a relief on my side to stay at this glamorous hotel. Their wonderful and affordable service was strongly recommended! It was a nice experience for me for the first time. I will surely come back!

Don’t stay there. My spouse and I tried to make a reservation in early May then early June 2020 for one night using points (been an HHonors member for almost 2 decades) and had it auto-cancelled both times because the hotel was not able to reopen. Just an email cancellation. Nothing else. No sorry, no reason, just an automatic cancellation notice. Horrible customer experience. Got it rebooked the first time for a month later after spending almost 2 hours waiting on the phone. Then they cancelled it a 2nd time two weeks before our June stay and been on the phone for about an hour now with a surly Hilton representative who keeps insisting it is not her fault and she has no authority to fix the problem. Been on hold with guest services for coming up on 30 minutes and will give them just one more shot before trying Marriott instead to see if I have better luck (less points with them). The level of customer service has gone down the drain at Hilton since COVID. Not sure we will keep staying at Hilton properties at all (or ever at this Conrad) if the same level of hospitality/customer service keeps up.
