DO NOT use this agency. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. In fact, they completely forgot to update my wife's policy and now we are getting fined by the state of IL. Paula and her team aren't fit to run this agency. They are giving State Farm a bad reputation. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

The worse services from the Paola Tenerio's office they never responded to my messages and they are very good and taking my money from the insurance fees,but services is a garbages services. I want my money back from this month. they never send me the insurance card for this month and in illinois if you drive with insurance card they will give us a ticket.without insurance card the chicago policy are eager to give you a ticket for anything.
