I had to tick every thumbs-up box! Forced to jump ship from State Farm which took my claim-free business for granted over 30 years, I expected to suffer from the decision. I didn't, thanks to friendly, thorough, and efficient service from both staff persons at this agency. My coverage was transitioned, I saved money, and I interacted with people who made me feel they were on my side. Trifecta for me! Thank you.

Mary Santos is the reason that I continue to stay with Allstate Insurance. She is so helpful; very professional; always courteous. In this day and age - it is so wonderful to get that personal touch to service. Thank you, Mary and thank your AllState for having employees like Mary.

I switched from State Farm to All State and not only did I save money, the experience has been a pleasant unexpected surprise. Their service is first class. My wife had a small fender bender and Dave called personally the day of the accident and made the process hassle free. I wish I switched sooner!
