Got referred to Charles Cathey Jr StateFarm office a few days ago, by my good friend. I needed an insurance binder fast, because my lender needed an insurance of my choosing or they will place an automatic insurance on my loan. So I relayed this info to Charles Cathy Jr's \office. They put me together with Stephanie Daniels one of the agents in office and she was able to quote and provide insurance within an hour. I was able to approve it fast, not have to leave the comfort of my office as they utilize everything through email and phone and the internet. It was an amazing experience. I saved a huge amount of money compared to what my lender was offering with an out of state insurance binder. So Im convinced Charles Cathy Jr. StateFarm office is the best choice for residential or business. No pressure just quality service. Stephanie knew to get my home insured first and didnt pressure me to add my business or vehicles. I simply told her I will do this once things settle down here, as we all know the Pandemic caused alot of headaches, and things are hectic at work here too. And now with my insurance active I can simply add my cars, boat, and business warehouse, and save even more money. Thank you guys so much, and I appreciate your services, hope someone reads this and realizes that its so important to deal with great people when dealing with insurance, you really need someone that treats you likek family. Again Im fortunate that my best friend did convince me to finally call you guys as I had so much things going on I just couldn't find the time to even search for a great insurance company and office.
