I spoke with a Raisa, on the phone and didn't really know anything about insurance at all. She took the time with me and explained everything and the ins and outs about all I needed to know. I know I was asking too many questions but she never made it seem like I was bothersome and explained everything to the minute detail. I would rather speak with her over anyone else and the experience was better than any other insurance company I talked to and will be calling to get insurance from her again when I'm ready..

Could not disagree more with all the negativity about NCI. Kathy was friendly, helpful and kond. Returned all calls in a timely manner and worked very hard at comparing what we had from the old company and the excellent coverage she had to offer us after our old company dumping us because of flooding in our area. We don't pay attention to bad reviews because they are usually written by angry people who didn't do their homework. We went in, compared apples to apples and got a great coverage policy and excellent pricing. Highly recommend them.
