Tony Wong: Allstate Insurance

I've been with Tony for almost a decade. During that time, my sister and her family, my parents, and my brother made the switch to Tony and his group. There is a reason why we all stay: service. Tony and his team have impeccable service. They are extremely responsive. So much so that even if I get an "out of office" email from Tony and I don't expect a response, he will call and without fail, so will a member of his team. The entire team is knowledgeable, patient, and just so pleasant to deal with. They will call/follow-up when they say they will and will always work to ensure you are getting the best service. Never once did I feel like they were trying to "upsell" or pass me off to someone else. One of the best things I love about this group is that they will help you with the things that usually get farmed out to the 800#. They will help file the claim, they will make sure you get handed off to an adjuster, they will follow up during the course of the claim. It helps significantly reduce the amount of stress and hassle when dealing with claims against your insurance. I know people are moving away from having a dedicated agent and moving to online insurance options, but the reason why I don't make the move is because when things go wrong, I like having Tony and his team with me through the process. i 100% will, and I always do, recommend Tony and his team.
