I have been with State Farm for more than 30yrs years. Jim Mays Jr's Office Manager Lissette Hays is nothing but professional, she is always there to answer any concerns I have when it comes to my insurance, She cares about her customers, overall GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I had to get Jim Mays’ office involved in dealing with my insurance claim since the 3rd party company handling the claims on StateFarm’s behalf is less than professional, not capable of managing a simple claim correctly, and the claim’s adjuster ignored all forms of communications from us—for months!! I placed a call early September to Jim’s office and expressed my concerns. Lissette Hayes at Jim Mays’ office took over managing my claim, and all the communications with the claim adjuster and his supervisor(s). It took StateFarm 112 days from the claim’s date (June 2021) to review a 3 page document and issue a payment. I am certain that if it wasn’t for Lissette’s care, placing many calls, emails and… since September that I‘ll be still chasing after that payment! Lissette Hayes is pleasant, knowledgeable, caring and a patient professional to work with. I am truly grateful for all the support Lissette has provided to us, and she continues to do. Jim Mays JR (and SR) and Lissette Hayes are the ONLY reasons that we have stayed with StateFarm since 1995.

Had a wonderful experience dealing with this office. I recently had to make a claim and was not entirely sure how to go about it. The ladies in the office (especially Lissette) were very pleasant and patient. They turned what was a very anxiety inducing situation into nothing more than a ‘walk in the park’. :) I honestly wish that more businesses in general had the kind of employees and management that Mr Mays’ office has. Again, KUDOS to the staff and management of Jim Mays State Farm on an exceptional customer service experience, I will most definitely be recommending them to friends, family coworkers etc.!! 👍

I am a very satisfied customer thanks to the service provided by Michelle G. She has been attentive to my needs and able to show me to the best options on selecting the insurance package the best fits my needs and budget. Thank you for your guidance on the steps to follow when it comes to filing a claim. Also, when I need to visit the office, there is parking available.
