Char Schoenbach: Allstate Insurance

Whenever my husband or I have had a car problem, a call to this agency has resulted in immediate help. I recently had an accident, when someone rear-ended our car. This was the first accident I ever had, and this agency walked me through the initial steps of reporting, which was very helpful. Allstate called me soon after, and they were also helpful. When I called them subsequently to ask questions, I they were equally helpful. Although Allstate had a specific auto bodyshop they recommended, I was able to use the one our Volvo dealer recommended, and was pleased with the result. I definitely recommend Allstate, and particularly Char Schoenbach’s agency.

I've been with Char Schoenbach for 20yrs or more. At 3322 N Halsted Chicago I'II.When I have a question regards to Auto or homeowners insurance I give her or her staff a call. I been Soo please with the svc. The old saying in my family: TRY IT YOU MAY LIKE IT. I wished Char and her TEAM GOOD LUCK in years to come.(keep smiling)

Char has been amazing. I recently had a large loss, Allstate claims left something to be desired, but Char stepped in and made sure things were taken care of. All insurance companies will be a pain with claims on a large loss, the difference here was Char. She would take my calls when I needed help and got results immediately. In the end, very satisfied with the overall process and the loss was totally covered.
