Lisa Marie Littleton is a horrible person. Ive been with Allstate insurance since 1984 and this was the first bad experience. I had a phone conversation with her today and she was treating me very badly. It looks like she doesnt like immigrant people with accent. I was very very upset after that conversation

This agent is terrible. We had renter's insurance and were purchasing a home. We emailed several times to cancel our renter's insurance and received no answer. We called the corporate number, and they said that she would have to do it on her end. We never received a response from her. Terrible! Guess who we are definitely not getting our homeowner's insurance through?

Definitely the worst agent I ever had. I told her to cancel my insurance which she never did instead they raised insurance up $200 a month. I ended up paying for two different insurances at same time. I had to call my bank and cancel the payment which cost me additional $50 to stop the payment. She doesn't get back to you when you need her. My dad and my brother are also canceling insurance with Allstate because she's doing same thing to them. When I had my accident nobody came out to inspect the car and to investigate. Instead they told me it's my fault but I never had any damage to my car at all and they refused to come out.
