Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. There was a mixup with a friends wedding and tux was not ordered in time. Both he and I totally panicked at how we would get a tux ordered on such a short time frame. Came in here and they were super helpful, got me the tuxedo in time and saved the day!

Avoid using this Men's Wearhouse location for your wedding. I chose MW as my wedding suit provider because my groomsmen were located all over the country, and I wanted to use a chain that would be convenient for everyone. They seemed to have good experiences in their local MWs, but mine was awful. Examples: * The order management and point-of-sales systems are ancient and slow. On one visit, I watched an associate take 10 minutes to manually type in the codes from the items I was buying one at a time. At the end, the system could not process my credit card and I watched him move to the other register and spend another 10 minutes typing in those items again * Purchasing and picking up my suit was really painful. Their backend systems for rentals and purchases are totally separate, and the unique group number they assign apparently can't be used to tell which one you are. I had to visit this store 3 times, and each experience tested my patience. There are plenty of other options in Chicago, and I recommend you try one of them.
