Kornick & Berliner Monuments

I have worked with both Susan and Mona with the grave markers for both of my parents and each time was an absolute pleasure....which is saying a lot considering the nature of the business. They are both extremely professional and the service that I received was outstanding. I ordered a very custom bronze marker and Susan worked with the cemetery to make sure that everything was seamless. A bonus to the outstanding service is that the cost of the markets was MUCH less than what the cemetery was charging for a similar product.

IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND COMPASSION WHILE ORDERING A MEMORIAL STONE FOR MY FATHER BOTH ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR CRAFT AND THOROUGH AS WELL WHILE BEING RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS AT THE SAME TIME - WHICH BRINGS COMFORT DURING A VERY TRYING PERIOD IN ONE'S LIFE THANK YOU TO BOTH OF THESE LADIES FOR THE VERY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE - THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE TO BE ADMIRED AND ARE TRULY APPRECIATED!!!

The post only allows me to click 5 stars but if I could I would choose 10! When selecting a marker for a loved one Mona helps ease a difficult task. She is competent, kind and shows genuine concern.The quality of her work and attention to every detail is reassuring and I'm very happy with the end result. I would recommend anyone to use Mona and staff at Kornick & Berliner.
