I was very happy with the overall experience and can’t wait for my next appointment. Excellent technique and quality manicure and pedicure. This was a great experience as it was super convenient. I really appreciated the professionalism, customer service, and enhanced sterilization/sanitization precautions.

I recommend Windy City Mobile Spa! I was looking for a last-minute mini spa day for my mom's birthday this past weekend. I reached out to Windy City less than a week beforehand. Katrina responded quickly and was very helpful. Thanks to her, I was able to help make my mom's birthday a bit more special. We ended up going with the hour-long table massages for everyone. Dana was awesome! She was on time, very personable and professional. I would recommend her if looking for a massage therapist. I can't wait to book again with additional services!

This place canceled on our corporate event the day before despite paying a deposit months in advance. Would not trust them to actually show up and deliver.

Technicians were lovely but very unorganized and arrived late. The technicians themselves were unaware of how many of them there were going to be. Katrina was unavailable at all times and couldn’t be bothered to respond to most questions and if they were it would be at random times in the middle of the night. She used the same excuse for 4 months of terrible communication. At the end of the frustrating ordeal she continued to raise prices after the quote and after trying to pay the bill multiple times since her pay process wouldn’t work. She wanted even more money for parking even though we asked about that previously and that should be included in the initial price since ya know it’s a mobile spa. Overall it was just a ridiculous time dealing with them and I would not recommend going to them for your spa needs.

Katrina and the team were amazing! They were on time, prepared, and displayed outstanding customer service. It was an excellent way to celebrate my sister's birthday. We received full body massages, manicures, and pedicure. Thank you, Thank you!
