Great experience! I am in love with my nails. Lilit did an amazing job!! She took her time, was polite and was able to replicate the design I showed her, beautifully. I was a little nervous because I follow them on Instagram but wasn't sure how it was going to be in person. No complaints here, I'm glad I booked with them and will definitely be back. It started out with a good experience but after the third appointment my nails started to break down to the core. I’ve sent four others there and even their nails broke as well. They never pick up the phone or email back. Very rude when you mention these things, horrible customer service.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I never review businesses, but I feel the need to warn any potential customers about the horrible experience I had. First of all, I was waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment time - wouldn’t have bothered me if that’s the only thing that went wrong. My friend had recently gone and had a design that I loved so I wanted to replicate it. I showed the technician pictures and mentioned that it had been done at their location. I was worried as we were going through the manicure process because it seemed like things weren’t looking right, but I kept thinking - “maybe there’s a last step that fixes it.” My jaw dropped when she said that I was done. See images for view of how clumpy and uneven the nails look. The “silver bands” I requested were poking every which direction too and seemed to already be coming off my nails. I was so uncomfortable but knew I needed an appointment to get them taken off ASAP. I asked the technician and initially she said no. I was shocked that she would let me walk out with them and not be embarrassed by her work. Once I finally got her to remove them, they still wanted to charge me $30 for materials. My technician was messaging with the manager and the manager did nothing to make it right. The worst part was that when she was taking off the gel, she was so rough that my cuticles started bleeding. She did not seem to care. My cuticles were so sore for days after the appointment. I think some technicians are better than others at this studio, but the way this situation was handled was what secured that I would never go back. The photo with the animal print is my friend’s - I had asked for what she had on her middle finger on all of my nails. Nails with no polish picture is the next day - you can see how irritated my middle finger was. Service: Gel manicure
