As someone else mentioned- ouchhhhhh. Gel polish I came in with was filed off, no soaking or acetone used for removal. I have never ever had polish removed entirely by filing, it was brutal. Cuticle work was all done without using any softener and blood was drawn. Files were not single use/used for multiple people. The healthcare worker in me is mildly concerned especially given the blood. Two instead of one star because they were very nice but I will not be returning.

What an experience to come here! The moment you walk in the door, you feel as though you have been transported into the living room of your best friend's house. The owner and the staff welcome you in and offer you a drink (water, coffee, or tea) and you are seated on the most comfortably placed seating. Now... let's get into the real reason for your walking into the door of this establishment - the FABULOUS work that they do! Okay... if you're looking for work that is going to take 30 minutes or less, then you are walking into the wrong place. They take their time on you & your nails (or feet). The staff here take pride in their work... check out their Instagram page if you don't believe me... and the fact that they get to know you & what you like is what brings me back. I love having a connection with the person that is doing my nails. Both the owner, Denise, and Abby, have done some fantastic work on my nails! Just like you wouldn't expect the person doing your hair - like full-blown haircut and coloring - to rush through their work, please don't expect the staff here to do the same. You come here to relax and get your hands and/or your feet done. Let them do their job and you won't regret it. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and coming up with something unique to do with my nails... it's going to be amazing!

This was my first time at this shop and I am very disappointed in the service. I took my daughter for a manicure she wanted her nails done for valentine's day so we were always curious to stop because it is close to where we reside. I asked for a no chip manicure and let me say I should have gone to my regular shop. Her manicure took over 30 minutes but we patiently waited upon walking in the premises I saw there was no price list but we still decided to get her nails done. Long story short I paid 30.00 for a no chip that ended up chipping the same day!! I reached out to the establishment and I received no reply. I will not be coming here again very disappointed that they did not have the courtesy to reach out to their customers especially if they messed up. I will not come here again. Service: Manicure
