A Just Nails

I came in to get a gel overlay and I attempted to tell the staff what I wanted. The staff was not friendly and kept cutting me off in my sentences while talking. My nails only last one week and when brought to the lady in the front’s attention she said she didn’t have time for this and kept talking over me. The place states that it is under new management. Well the old management was a lot friendlier and had better customer service. This place is very unprofessional and the rest of the staff seems to be afraid of her. First chair on the left from waking in. I will not return.

they overcharge for nails that they don’t even do right. The paint doesn’t even look nice it looks sloppy. They don’t ask what style you want they just do whatever they want and then charge you whatever they want. I used to come here every once in a while but I’m never coming back here again after the way this business has changed. Not happy with the rude service or the lack of respect they have for their customers.. if I’m going to pay top dollar I rather pay it to people who do the job right. Services: Pedicures, Waxing, Manicures

I would have rather gave 4.5 stars but didn't want to give a 4. The hot stone pedicure not worth it. Pretty lame. But wonderful pedi in general. Nicely done. My mom got mani-pedi, very nice and efficient.
