Tee Nails

Always go in but the last two times I got placed with a young boy who was so obviously not into doing extra designs or any designs at all which I could tell by his face and the way he told the girl next to him something in a very annoyed manner after I showed him what I wantedhe ended up doing them really well however my thumb developed a bump which I still dont know what it is and it has happened twice since getting my nails done there. Second time I got placed with the same boy and after showing him what I wanted again he sighed and the girl next to him took me instead which was amazing because she did so good and she was so nice. Im still debating going back tho

I loved tee nails and have been a longtime customer, but I will never go here again. Their customer service is ridiculous at this point. This is not the first, or second time, I call before going, sit there and wait hours, just for them to end up telling me the person that usually does my nails is not available. I called multiple times to make sure she was available. Even went, got my ticket number, left, called again to make sure she was ready for me and was told to come back. To wait a hour and be told she can't do my nails. I understand things happen, but to not even accomodate me for the inconvenience and give me an appointment so that next time I won't have to wait since they wasted my time, is beyond me! My time is just as valuable as yours! And now I don't even have my nails done. Not a way to run a business or treat longtime customers.
