This is the second time I’ve been to this place and the last. First time I dropped off a package (I am a seller online) and they didn’t scan the package so I had an upset client wondering where their package was up until it finally started scanning 6 days later! The second time I dropped off a small package on the blue drop box right in front of the establishment (they were closed and I dropped it off at night) Dec 30th. And my package has not been picked up, not scanning, like it just disappeared. I had to refund the client. Don’t come here to drop off anything. Probably the worst USPS I’ve come to and I’ve been to a lot of them.

I have not received any mail since 12/29. This happens every year around the holidays. No concern for what the citizens may be waiting for in the mail.

They deserve NO stars because when my carrier decides to deliver the mail (maybe once/twice a month) they put stacks of mail outside the mailboxes. Last month I got a stack of mail in my box but none of it was mine.
