This building used to be nice to live in till management changed. Management is basically unresponsive to anything. Security concerns, outrageous noise till 5 am on weekends, general cleanliness. I dont think Ive ever gotten an email back. Doors will be broken and stay unlocked for literally weeks. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. Its incredibly too expensive to deal with this.

Absolutely terrible application experience. They will charge you a $500 administrative fee up front along with the $60 application fee. If you want to back out at any point they'll keep all of it. I applied with a guarantor and they require your guarantor to make 5x rent on top of whatever you make. Apparently when you make 7x the rent together that's not enough for the luxury life! I expect to have to show I can pay for a place but these are the most ridiculous requirements I've come across. Not to mention they took a week to make a decision when I was in $560. Very disappointing experience!

I lived in this building for two years. all of the positive reviews are from before the current property management - I think theyre in over their heads, but it comes off like they just dont care about the tenants at all. theyre super difficult to get ahold of, but most importantly, the building had multiple very scary security issues that several of us felt like were completely mishandled. I was lucky to not have a ton of maintenance issues because my neighbors who did had a very difficult time getting them resolved. in my experience, it is well insulated if youre facing the CTA/train, but the walls/ceilings inside seem to be very thin and it can get very loud. I wouldnt recommend living here to anyone - its not worth the price, in my opinion. edit: the number they just provided is the main line, which no one ever answers lol

Not a single positive review since Greystar took over a year ago. This building is poorly run and its clear they have no idea how to run the building. Theyve cycled through completely new sets of staff 3 times in the last 10 months. Pros: Great location with everything youd need within close walking distance. The lobby and hallways are always in great condition. The custodial staff do a great job and are always friendly. My renewal offer was very reasonable and only 4% increase which was appreciated. Cons: Appliances came scratched and broken. Shoddy construction with gaps in flooring. Overall cheaply built apartments, even for similar aged buildings. Takes a long time, over 2 months, to get appliances fixed. Main reason given that appliances break all the time and they cant keep up with all the requests. When asked to inspect and fix heating, was told they didnt know how the system works so they couldnt help. However, the maintenance team has always been friendly and accommodating to my schedule. It seems like they dont pay the team enough to care or give them enough time to keep up with everything. One person doesnt seem like enough for a building this size and it shows by the condition of the apartments. Although there isnt much the building can do, the building doesnt feel safe. Being a building of primarily studios/one bedrooms with people in their 20s-30s, its can feel like a college dorm at times. I have seen police in the building a handful of times addressing situations with other tenants. Ive also had my car broken into and packages stolen while living here. Overall, disappointed with my experience and overpriced for the neighborhood. Edit - email I received in response to this review: I have seen your review online and I plead with you to have some fair revision, as this could be seen as defamation of X Employees character and exposing her to where she lives and/or works.
