    If I could give less than 1 star, I would. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company. We rented an apartment in Arkansas, moved out. Paid fees. And did a lease takeover, per lease requirements. We are now being harassed 2 months later for back rent of the 2 months we didnt live there, with threats of legal process. The regional manager will not contact me, besides an email every 3 days, upper management has received at least 3 calls to customer service from me, and have heard nothing back. We did everything, per letter of the law, and now because their documents are not in order, their employees are incompetent, they are trying to threaten us. Do not do business with this unethical, disorganized, company.

    had dealings with their one of their property mgmt over several months and honest efforts to resolve. Tried to reach Scion too, and saying they are negligent would be the best thing. Almost all actual contact was full of double talk , undue blame passing, laziness. If they own a property, they are responsible for the misdeeds by the people who are employed. Nor do they answer. Problem in short, they broke their contract, and want signee to pay for it, despite THEIR contract stating certain money owed, they willing to force it to collection, and ZERO legit response, just dishonesty. They blame bounce double dribble. should be group legal action. they will ruin too many people's living experience, credit, trust in humans.     My son lived at one of the properties managed by Scion until he was forced to leave due to issue related to one his roommates. Despite pleas in addition to acknowledgement from roommate as to son's lack of involvement, he had to move. Then Scion issued a demand for payment for the entire lease! This demand was in violation of Florida tenant laws for various reasons, including the fact that the room was leased the following month and, therefore, there was no legal obligation to fulfill "repayment" for the entirety of the lease (a fact which was also set forth in the lease). These people should be held accountable, but the State of Florida lets them get away with this sort of nonsense. Caveat emptor!
